Drawings of everyday life

So much to learn…

…on the iPad. I get overwhelmed. What is this auto-correct thing? How does it work, can I switch between languages? Every minute another (NOT snotter… ) question comes up.

Since I almost never used the computer for drawing, this is also all new for me.

I drew this cup of tea on the iPad in Café Brandstof, a cup of tea makes me think of Michael Nobbs, tea drinker, blogger and artist.

  1. Love you cup of tea. I don’t have an iPad but I am learning to draw on my Kindle Fire HD. I am using an app called Doodle Dawg and am gradually getting the hang of it, but much more learning to go. It is is a lot of fun though. Glad to see you giving it a try also.

    • Thanks, Eaghl, I just went to your Flickraccount to see the kindle drawings. I love them. I didn’t know the Kindle could be used for drawing.

  2. I love it. What app were you using. I use on called Adobe Idea which is nice for lines and blocks of colour.

I hope you enjoyed drinking the tea too 🙂

    • I used Brushes. I like it because it doesn’t mimick IRL paints, like watercolor, oil etc.

Thanks for the tip about Adobe Ideas, I will look into it.
